Joel the amount of times my gear fucks up like that is so rare that it doesnt justify me lugging all that crap around to every dive. What happens on expeditins when your suit tears are you gonna wait to patch it or are you gonna throw it back in the bag take out another and deal with the repair later. How bout when waiting to enter a well maintained regulator blows a hose because of a manufacturing defect -- are you going to hold up to swap the hose or go in the box and put on a full new rig?
