This just landed on my desk.

The job is located in Seattle, WA. Salary range is $62-$81,000 a year 
(GS-14).  It is open to all applicants, including those from outside 
federal government. Closing date is 9/13.

Qualifications include knowledge in diving methods, hyperbaric 
chambers, program management, scientific diving, accident management, 
artifact collection, mixed gas, offshore operations, umbilical systems 
etc..
