John, tanks are supposed to be clean for any gas, and should not hav oil in them. While compressor oil is hard to combust, or it would more often in a compressor, any fuel and heat combo is in essence a deisel engine, which as you know goes off at 18 atmospheres with just air and deisel fuel. The term "oxygen cleaning" is therefore a real joke. The business with jerking around with special o-rings and reg handling is another line of shit. You will have to service your regs natuarally before the extra oxygen does anything to them anyway. Notice who the people ar who are always recommending this nonsense, and see what else they say. Notice a pattern? I do. - G On Wed, 21 Aug 1996, jtaylor@cs*.co*.uk* (John Taylor) wrote: >George, > >do you have any (definitive, readable) research on this?
