You have to make sure that the tanks have been rolled in OPPOSITE directions; the metal grain inside is more incurved on one side than the other, so, as the tanks empty, there is a radial vortex generated inside the tanks which, unless cancelled by an identical vortex in the other tank, would threaten to spin around the diver, thus maximizing the effect of narcing.
