Subject: Underwater scooter drawings?


  I know this question has been asked before but I did not find any answer
in the archive.

 A friend of mine (I don't have that kind of money yet) is interested in 
building an underwater scooter for himself. Anyone has 
drawings/instructions that he could get/buy? 

 How about the Gavin scooters? I read so much good stuff on them. That
would be a nice way to raise funds for the WKPP.
