The message below was recieved by OMS concerning recall of certain valves.

Product Safety Alert

Some metric threaded valves may have been shipped in error.

The valves will fit into US threaded cylinders resulting in a very dangerous
condition.  When pressurized the valves may "give away" and become projectiles
possibly resulting in serious injury, death, and or property damage.

These valves can be identified as follows:

1. There is a 1mm hole in the inlet thread area.
2. Valve is clearly marked M.25X2.
3. There is no burst plug adapter.
4. Thread is M.25X2

All indentified M-25 valves based on above criteria must be immediately removed
from service and returned to OMS for immediate replacement.
