No, medical supply houses never carry surgical tubing.

Hechinger carries surgical tubing at about $1.50 per foot. If you do not
have a Hechinger near you you might try another hardware/building
supply store. It is typically in the plumbing department with the other
miscellaneous hose and tubing.
