I am a new subscriber to the list and have enjoyed the exchange of information,
as well as the friendly back and forth banter between divers.  However, I have
not been able to discern the meaning of several slang terms.  Will someone be
kind enough to help me with these terms and references?

What is "George'd"?  Is George a person, or a slang term?  This past week
someone mentioned that no one had been "George'd" recently.  A few messages
made derogatory references to "George", but the messages did not directly
address George.  Furthermore, George did not respond.  The only sense I could
make of the references was that these authors must be using slang to mean a
mouth breathing knuckle dragging slope headed Neanderthal weenie hoover who
believes they are the end-all know-all answer to technical diving.  Am I close?
(George, if you are a person, my condolences.) 

What the heck is "strokery"?  What is the genesis for this slang term?  I
cannot imagine what the writer is saying?
