This more or less summarizes why I:
1) don't loose any sleep about the neck o-ring in my nitrox cylinder and
feel that a y-valve provides adequate redundancy in that case;
2) don't over-pressurize my tanks; and,
3) have converted all of my valves (except the O2 pony bottle) to DIN
