the std. size pony is a 30 cu.ft/ I/we also hang 100%o2 at 30 feet. the
ability to recognize and effect an egress plan in a minimum amount of time is
of primary importance to survival. i have made egress from the inside of a
ship @250' on a 30 cf pony...made "token" stops as per sched. and arrived at
o2 with "a few hundred pounds
left in pony..not alot,,,, but more than enough,,,,as I am here alive to type
this. the 
RISK / REWARD equation will determine whether you will use a pony or not...
