Subject: Face mask issue

I apologize in advance for this question.  I recently heard Bob Raymo, owner of
the technically-oriented Enchanted Divers of Long Island, talk about full face
masks.  One issue has since come to my mind regarding masks, like the Aga, which
are fitted with an oral-nasal seal:  what happens if you vomit while wearing
one?  Luckily, I have never puked through a regulator, although on a couple
dives I have come pretty close.   It would seem that if one were forced to blow
chow into an Aga mask, one would have a serious risk of drowning.  Is this a
legitimate concern, or just a figment of a morbid imagination?
