  Curt, somebody just told me that Bret Gilliam has bought Deeptek magazine.
You 
did not tell me that when you asked me to write articles. I wrote the others as 
a favor to Win Remley, whom, as you well know , was a friend of mine. I put 
those articles together wtih the help of Dr David Doolette and Dr Bill
Hamilton, 
and it was a lot of work, but they were excellent and informative.

  Now, if this is true, I do not want to be involved, and could not possiblly 
put the effort into writing articles about dive physiology , safety , or real 
technical diving for a magazine that is controlled by someone who represents
the 
exact oppossite. Count me out from now on, and ditto WKPP, or better yet, tell 
me this is not true.

  We can not afford to be associated with this kind of bullshit - bottom line - 
no offense to you, as you are my friend , too
