 Tim, you can take them deep, but the plastic will eventually fracture, maybe 
even the first time, just as it will do so eventually with a tekna or an 
Oceanic. When they fracture, the tend to allow the hydrogen to get into the 
motor compartment, and then they blow up unexpextedly. Don't do it. Arnold
makes 
deep scooters, get one of his. - G
