Sorry for sending out essentially the same message twice.  A couple people
have responded with comments like "be sure the tanks are O2 clean."  Just to
clarify, my O2 tanks have been cleaned, painted, and stickered according to
IANTD/ANDI rules.  My concern is that IANTD and ANDI don't seem to worry
about O2 scuba tank transport and storage.  Is this an oversight?
