I had exactly the same experience with Biomarine.  I talked to Dick several
times regarding a parts and price list from Biomarine.  Mostly I wanted a 
closing mouth piece for our rebreather.  After about 4 months ( and about 
5 calls ) with no parts and price list I finally sent them a check.  About 
a week later a mouth piece arrived by mail.

There's probably a moral here!
