Look y'all, I think it's clear that my ideology on this whole personal responsibility issue is not in synch with the rest of you. You see, I'm a biologist, which means I'm in a rare position to see how rediculous all these "fundamental" and "inherent" rights we assign our own species really are. O.K., so I'm more of an anarchist than the rest of you when it comes to personal responsibility of a terrestrial mammal underwater. Trouble is, I'm on vacation right now, and am accessing my email through CompuServe on a slow modem, which means I don't have time to discuss it anymore.
