Marc,the best way to keep the bear from biting you on the ass is to make
sure he never notices you in the first place.
  Legislation should only be necessary when consumer pressure isnt strong
enough to make the changes.Ask the tough questions yourself of the
businesses you plan to patronize,& if you dont get satisfactory answers,dont
spend your money there.If there are no takers,the idiots wont be sellers for
long.
