  Tom, as usual, you are dead wrong and on the loser's side of this argument. 
Kris Mann was drunk, and wrecked his car at 2:00am, kiling himself. I did not 
like him, after he showed up at one of our dive sites, smoked a joint, and was 
wearing a t-shirt that had a picture of a cat sucking a dog's dick that said 
,"Cats Suck" - a real classy guy , just like you , and just like his friends -
a 
complete asshole, and an unreliable , pot-smoking drunk. 

  Next point, the asshole did not own Bird Sink, and the last thing I would do 
is ask an unreliable person like this to do anything. Steve Irving and Brent 
Scarabin told him not to bother showing up at our dive sites again. Yes, I
"have 
a grudge" against people like this. Why is it that you can never get a single 
thing straight? Why is it that you are ALWAYS on the bullshit side of every 
single argument?

  And finally , do not ever make any suggestions about the personal behavior of 
me or my people - you have no idea what you are talking about. Get your facts 
straight , for once, and quit defending every useless vagabond out there, and 
quit speaking for Larry Green, Lamar Hires, Terry Tysal, and all of the rest of 
the people you attmept to put crosswise with me.

  I will repeat, in case you don't get it: this guy  was drunk and driving an 
automobile (against the law), and it is just a good thing that he did not kill 
somebody else. That would indeed have been a "tragedy".
