Joao Nuno Cardoso asked what had happened to AquaCorps and what other tech magazines are available. I recently spoke at length with Michael Menduno, the former publisher of AquaCorps, and he said that AquaCorps is no longer in business and will not be coming back. However, don't count M2 out! He told me that he wants to do a newsletter and publish 6-9 times a year, starting "...sometime this Fall." Yesterday, I received an e-mail from Asian Diver magazine. M2 is consulting with them on "...tec.asia [which] will appear four times a year in the form of a controlled-pagination supplement magazine." According to the e-mail, M2 will be "...Technical Editor, where he will write, co-ordinate and plan editorials...." Should be interesting, given what he was able to do with AquaCorps.
