In this case o2-on was suspected but the death attributed to other facters. A similar case was reported by the BS-AC medical officer in his annual report, I think the year was 1994, and the subject was a young female diver who also disappeared to her death. If my memory serves me she was reported as having switched to an unspecified ppo2 at 6 meters after a long, deep dive on air. Richard Ramsden
