I am not your friend.

The next guy doesn't advertise here, you do.

That bit just proves journalists are lousy copywriters.

Joel, you know, and I know it isn't just one message. Who
do you think you're kidding? And if you could understand,
and are sincere, why keep doing it?

Didn't you just apologise for being an arsehole?

Joel, we've all got jobs. If it's too hard, do something else.

Generous of you to offer a deal. But it isn't just
'a table of contents as a service', it's advertising to make
money. And don't start whining again about not making enough.

Who gives a toss? How old are you?

Joel, don't insult me by expecting me to believe it's
all in some noble cause and it's really 'for my own good.'
In this third world country you'd get a smack for that.

You haven't once had the honesty to acknowledge that you
are advertising your mag on these lists, and you're main
reason for doing this is to make money. I don't mind you
advertising. But I object to your duplicity.

By all means, 'publish the occasional table of contents'.
But judging by the evidence, you're a complete humbug.

Doubt it.
