Subject: Dive Cylinder ID

To anyone (especially in Europe) who can ID the following tank:

I have come across a 10 liter tank and want to verify any info and history on it
as best as possible. ie quality etc. Labeled as follows:

DALMINE
ARIA 150kg/cm2
10 litre 10 kg 19-3............

Any info is appreciated. Confirming pressure ratings, durability history, etc.

Also anyone with the formula to convert kg/cm2 to psi is appreciated. European
Hydro standards. Country of manufacture.
