The only shop I know of in the SF area that caters to technical divers
is Ocean Odyssey in Santa Cruz, about 70 miles south of SF (408-475-3483).
They are an IANTD training and mixing facility and occasionally organize
charters to local wrecks.

I've never heard of any divable caves in the area and suspect that there
are none (otherwise folks wouldn't fly to the yucatan to do cave dives ;).
Most of the wrecks on the California coast are deep enough that tri-mix is
either recommended or required, although we got lucky the first week of
May and were able to dive a fresh wreck at 150.  This is rare (and the
wreck has since been salvaged).
