I trained as Advanced Nitrox Diver with IANTD and have been diving on Nitrox for about a month now but using the no-stop times (1 minute deco at 6 metres) or using a standard air computer and decoing as it recommended. I have been using the Buhlman tables as taught by IANTD but the last deco stop is at 3 metres. In the UK it is easier to deco at 6 metres (tides and swell etc) and I would prefer to spend the deco time at this depth. Does anyone know a formula to work out how to deco at 6m instead of the 3m recommended (ie. is it double the time spent at 3m)? Or is there a set of alternative tables decoing at 6m? Anyone help? Dawn
