The biggest problem as I see it is that the indians are not really that techno-mechanico inclined, so when, for example, a schedule 6 is called for, I seriously doubt that they can devise a method of taking the chamber down to 60 feet- the damn things are so bouyant, it's hard to do even when you know how.
