At the risk of starting the talc/cornstarch debate again, do what I did.
Ask the pharmacist to order it for you.  Comes in 1-pound plastic jugs, cost
me about $8 a couple years ago.  May well be a lifetime supply (hmm, maybe
not, my jug is already half empty).  I decant it into a plastic spice bottle
(like McCormicks) with a shaker top and throw it in the milk crate with the
other "hard" gear.  A friend keeps it in a sock, with a knot in it, and in a
zip lock plastic bag.  Whatever.

The label on my bottle says:
 Talc  USP (Powder)
 Talc
 Chlorite
 Crystaline Silica Quartz
 NDC# 17317-0563-1
 Mfg/Dist is "Amend Drug & Chemical Co. Inc,
 Irvington, NJ 07111
