Every agency has a few marginal instructors and unfortunately give the 
agency a bad name. I'm an ANDI instructor and every student I've taught 
has gone away feeling they learned a lot and certainly are actively 
diving Safe Air, aka Nitrox. ANDI has an excellent program and I'm proud 
to be an instructor for them, but it is still up to me to teach the 
program with excellence and ANDI certainly provides the material and 
training for that.
