In fact this is the first place I've ever been on by computer outside of GEnie and Prodigy. I stumbled on techdiver from a posting on GEnie. I have been diving since 1993 where I was introduced to the Aqua-Lung in a quarry in Richland, Pennsylvania. I was first certified by the Bluegrass SCUBA Ass. in Kentuckey in 1966. It was associated with the Underwater Socity. I joined the ARMY and was a Diver in Vietnam from the summer of 1967 to the spring of 1969. The South China Sea is the best diving I've ever seen, and the Siagon River the worst. In 1969 I was one of the founding fathers of the Aquatic and Light Rescue Squad for the Civil Defence in Lebanon County, Pa. I dove most of the quarrys in Easter Pa. and Northern Maryland. I moved to New Jersy "Gods Country" in 1982. I was an TMI refugee. I dove mostly off Monmouth and Ocean County. I moved to Connecticut in 1984 and have been diving New England, and New York Wrecks on a weekly basis all year around. Most of the wrecks I dive are 130' with some 160'. I have been the past President and Secretary of SECONN Skin Divers which is located in Southeastern Connecticut. We are into serious wreck diving. I do most of my diving in cold, dirty, deep salt water, but have been know to dive the Great Barrier Reef, the Caribbean, wrecks off North Carolina "some of my favorite" and caves in Flordia. If your looking for a good dive club with lots of boats in Eastern Connecticut. Give me a call, I'll fix you up with our SECONN members. Sorry if I bored you.
