Subject: Diving in New York & W. Va


	I'll be driving to upstate New York to visit a friend and was 
wondering if there are any good places to dive.  Anyone from up around 
Utica?  My girlfriend tells me the lakes are clear and deep, but I was 
wondering if anyone recomended any lake in particular.  Thanks for the info.

	I may also be making an expedition to W. Va to go white water 
rafting.  I heard there are some caves in W.Va, but where??  Anybody know 
of any?  Thanks again.
