Robert, I believe that Cochran has updated their plastic probe holders to grab a little tighter. Contact the dealer where you purchased the computer, he should switch them out. The only way I have found to work around this effectively is to clench a fist while holding the unit in my hand, keeping the PC wand and the screws of the hose clips firmly in contact. Don't try this with wet hands. If this is not possible use three thick elastic bands to hold the wand and tank unit together. > >These problems are minor, (and easily worked around) considering the amount of information you are able to retrieve from this product and the flexibility it gives you. > >Drop me E-mail privately on how things work out on your trip. > >Safe Diving. > >Robert Chambers >Barbados >West Indies > >*********************************** Reply Separator ********************************************** >---------- >From: Dr S Davison[SMTP:sd1621@gg*.co*.uk*] >Sent: Monday, April 29, 1996 6:02 AM >To: techdiver@terra.net >Subject: RE: Nemesis II Nitrox/Beuchat Maestro Pro - Battery Life > >Mervyn asked about battery life in Nemesis II. > >Logging every 2 secs >Dual mix enabled > >Duracell - gave up on energiser!!! > >However we still find the batteries need changing in the tank unit every 10 >hours or so.
