Hi,

I think that until diving I risk only my own life, calculated risk is 
immanent part of this sport. Of course good diver will do everything to 
minimalize it. But, please, I live in Poland and we have supid enough 
dive rules the only effect of having it is that many divers just break  
it, it's wrong way. In my opinion if someone wants to die, he will do it, 
even when it's prohibitted by law.
