Mervyn asked about battery life in Nemesis II.

Logging every 2 secs
Dual mix enabled

Duracell - gave up on energiser!!!

However we still find the batteries need changing in the tank unit every 10
hours or so.  We're off to Scapa next week - this will be 12 dives over 6
days - averaging 45 mins per dive.  It will be touch and go whether the
batteries will last the week - so needless to say there will be batteries
in the spares box.  We had put it down to the cold water shortening the
battery life but maybe not....

Another problem we are seeing is with the PC interface.  Quite often the
tank unit and PC are unable to establish a connection.  Anyone else seen
problem with the interface.
