Subject: Farallon straps + Jet fins

Can anyone explain how they attach the Farallon spring straps to the 
ScubaPro Jet fins?  My guess is that the buckle is run thorugh the eye, 
making a permanent attachment. Or, do you utilize the bolt attachment 
method that was employed on the original Farallon fins?
