  It was marked on its front cover as Mar/Apr 1996. I couldn't find an issue
number on it. (Please reply to me personally if necessary, as I had to
un-subscribe from Techdiver due to email intray overload.)

  PS. The first time I sent this message, techdiver server bounced it with a
load of narcosis that the message looked like a message for owner-techdiver
because it was short and one line happened to start with the word
`unsubscribe'. So I have hyphenated the offending word and I am trying again.
  Surely if the server can censor out such a filthy titillating word as
`unsubscribe', it can also find and query the more usual offensive words??
