Subject: Buhlmann's Book

I am trying to get technical (i.e., detailed mathematical, biophysical, and
statistical) information on decompression models.  I just got Wienke's book
("Basic Deco. Theory and Application") and it has a good high-level mathematical
overview of various models.  I understand that Buhlmann's book ("Decompression &
Decompression Sickness") has a detailed technical description of his work, and
had the book on order from Springer-Verlag for about eight months, only to find
that it has recently gone out of print.  

My question is, does anyone have the book and does it in fact have a technical
description of the various Buhlmann models?   I'd like to know before going to
the next level of time/money investment to find the book.
