Andy, the OMS suffers from some of the same problems as the Genesis - face
o-rings, lack of adjustability. I never got any furhter than that in looking at
one. To make a genesis manifold, you turn down the thread on the tank valve
portion. These things are made of what is commonly referred to as "machineable"
brass, a soft metal, but adequate for the task. Dive Rite is just trying to
make
a buck, and I can not blame them. In fact, they make a far better manifold than
Sherwood, and I am glad to see them take market share away from somebady who
was
trying to create a forced-buy situation of a piece of shit. Dive Rite could see
that and luckily stepped in with a good replacement. The tanks still are
useless. you can maek an oxyegn bottle out of them, they do have the right
buoyancy for that, but they rust so easily, Why are we still dsicussing
something that is obviously completely wrong in the first place.

How about we go back to the bulldozer thing. I want to level my yard. Can
anybody who owns genesis tanks tell me how to convert my car to a bulldozer? KI
realize I should have bought a bulldozer, but somebady convinced me that my car
was just as good as a bulldozer. I used to mow my fornt lwan with my pcikup
truck, but that was easy - I just towed gang wheels. This is a little trickier
-
any suggestions? Should I have just bought a lawnmower instead?-G
