The bouyanncy figures I have vary depending how it was measured (ie
full-empty-500 psi etc. and do not have a figure at  a pressure to quote.
Generally I have seen Faber 97's about neutral at empty and up to -8 lbs at
2640. PST 96 I believe to be a couple to three lbs more negative. 104's are
noticably moreso. Those using them can give you exact figures.
HP tanks are bouyant when empty, thus ther general negative reputation.
These figures from a distributor of PST tanks. From other sources I have
confirmed most info on the tanks.

Hope this info is helpful. You will have to do your on figuring on over fills.
