He obviously does not know. For the record, my ten year old 104's have never
been filled with less than 3600psi, and have never failed hydro. And the
faber tanks (LP's) that are rated at 2640 here in the states are rated (off
the top of my head) at appx. 3400-3500psi in Europe, give or take a hundred
or so. I have the specs on the tanks, just not at my immediate disposal.
120's do have a purpose, but give me my 104's in a cave ANYTIME!!!!
