The TDI instructor is acting as he should, as should any instructor for any
agency. If you do not want to shell out $500 dollars, which is an investment
in your education, then put your money where your mouth is and invest in a
filling station, and then you'll be able to avoid the problem. And if you
think you know it all, then hang up your fins, because nobody knows it all.
And without even knowing who you are, I'll bet that even after signing a
release you would be the first to sue the poor guy if you went out and
injured yourself!!!!
