While I usually tend to agree with George, as a shop owner I have to agree
with Steve on this one. When it comes to protecting my own ass, I also
require a card. Keep in mind that in many cases the "un-certified" nitrox
diver may in fact know more than the "certified" nitrox diver,but that don't
mean shit in a court of law.
