As there has been a lot of disscussion about the latest 'ideal deco' practice, for example deep stops half way between the bottom and the first stop, could anyone give me details of thier current practice. as an example, how would you run your stops for a 20 min dive to 75 mtrs. (this being a typical UK 'deep wreck' dive) Gases I might use (probably not the best) would be.. 16/37 tri-mix 50% O2 80% O2 this would get me out in about 105 mins. (on pro-planner with 25% safety) I would have, prior to hearing about deep stops, have run the dive exactly as the programme tells me to, so what should I now be doing differently? I will post a summary of replies later if there is any interest.
