From our experience with our semiclose circuit rebreather ( it's the cmfv type ) in order to get 4 liters/minute at 130 psi one needs a very very small hole. We're not talking pin head we're talking pin point! Since these are the specs on the CCR-1000 I'm guessing that this is what they have. In fact they have a test where you measure the flow rate into the accumulator by bubbling gas out of a the system into an inverted beaker. Maybe there is another mechanism for achieving these low flow rates ( note it appears to be a continous flow ). However it seems likely it involves a simlarly restricted orifice.
