I'm willing to suffer as long as it attracts fish :-).

My suspicion is that it would have to spin mighty fast and
that it is totally unfeasable.  However now and then I come
across beatifully Swiss made DC motors rated for 20000+ RPMs
and I'm looking for an excuse to buy one :-)
