would certainly appreciate it.

I agree with everything you said regarding the intent of the law and it's
alledged potential for misuse (not that this will bias me in any way :).
I think there are several people working the grass roots here in the MBNS
trying to get otherwise ecologically responsible people to pull the teeth
out of this legislation on the grounds that 'NOAA is trying to ban diving in
the Sanctuary'.  I think this is cheap BS and would like to see it stopped.

So there, that's my agenda, but I really *am* trying to be objective.  I'd
just like some confirmation from someone who actually *knows* something.
