The knife should be on the belt, and when not wearing the light the long hose can be under that to hold it down when you are in a vertical position, as in open water. When horizontal, the hose floats up against you and stays in place. Otherwise, you could tuck a small bit of the hose in the belt to hold it down. The swivel is a no no, use a Sport Diver elbow instead - no moving parts.
