Ken, JJ and I had a change of plans when he spotted a lead in C Tunnel - it
went
up a slot and broke into power cave. I was on the floor a 260 surveying while
he
was laying, and I could not see the walls or the ceiling. It split , and I
dropped into the deep tunnel at 305 going and blowing to the East. This cave
gets bigger every time we dive. Brent and Rick put line in two tunnels but lost
the flow , so backed off. We were trying to keep the dives very short because
of
the other obligations that day. It was the Discovery Chanel that this one was
for, and the Learning. Casey and I did the back of Sullivan today, and it was
really beautiful - huge and white and clear. I can not figure out why people
did
not dive this when it was open to the public - this is better than anything but
Indian and the power cave, which nobody has ever wanted to dive anyway. We did
every tunnel back the and had a whopping 30 minutes deco. You can not tell this
cave from Temple of Doom or Maya Blue except for the temp and the lack of
'thems.-G
