If the 300s is the all-way stretch polartec it is pretty nice underwear.  
I've used it with the CF200 a couple times and really like it.  Once you 
have it on it's hardly noticeable.  Due to the two layers it can be a 
little irritating putting them on...they stick to themselves but it's 
well worth it.
