Subject: Plate Rigging

George,

I have a couple of questions regarding my DR backplate.

1. Peter rigged my plate with the webbing crossing behind my shoulders. 
Is this correct? I find it hard to visualize how you rig the webbing on 
your plate from the video.

2. The Backplate came with a critch strap sewn onto the bottom slot of 
the plate.  The strap has fastex release buckles. Should I cut the 
critch strap off the plate and fabricate a new one?  

If so, how do you attach it to the backplate?
