seem to experience?

People,

Due to a malicious email attack over the weekend, where hundreds of 
forged
email subscriptions were added to the lists, I have changed the 
subscription
procedure for HISTARCH, SPANBORD, and SUB-ARCH.

When you subscribe to one of these lists, you will be asked to send a
confirmation request within a specified time limit. This will stop the 
bogus
subscriptions and also rid us of any unwanted spammers.

Please pass the word on to anyone who wishes to subscribe to these 
lists. If
you have any questions, please send them to me. Thanks,
