Has anyone had any experience with full face masks ?

Other than the need to carry and be able to change into a standard half face
mask are there any other general precautions that need to be taken when using
FFMs ?

Is carbon dioxide build up a problem, and is breathing resistance generally
increased as a result of the increased dead space inside the mask ?

What sort of diving would be recommended as suitable for FFMs, i.e. can they be
used generally as a normal mask would or should they be restricompuservected to
use on shallow dives and decompression stops for example ?
